Military Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: We are seeking
recently separated military personnel (preferably from the Air
Force or Navy) with a mechanical aptitude and experience working on
aircraft or helicopters. Ideal candidates will have served as
maintainers in the military and will receive training to work on
corporate aircraft while on contract. This position offers the
opportunity to obtain an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license,
with costs covered by us upon successful completion of the test. We
are also seeking experienced A&P mechanics on corporate
aircraft. Key Responsibilities: ·Perform maintenance on corporate
aircraft. ·Conduct inspections, oil changes, and other essential
aircraft maintenance tasks. ·Utilize hand and power tools
effectively. ·Learn and adhere to FAA regulations. ·Expand your
skills and knowledge in the aviation field. ·Maintain aircraft in
optimal condition. ·Disassemble and reassemble aircraft components
as needed. Position Requirements: ·Recent military service (Air
Force or Navy preferred). ·Strong mechanical aptitude. ·Must
possess your own work tools. ·Experience in maintenance roles.
Shift: multiple shift options, typically first or second shift Pay
Military pay rate (unlicensed): $28/hour Corporate A&P rate:
$32-45/hour Benefits: ·Comprehensive benefits package including
401(k) match, dental, medical, and vision coverage. ·Opportunities
for overtime. ·Pay increases upon obtaining your A&P license
(up to $4 increase. ·Company-sponsored training to complete the
A&P test for licensure ·Shift differentials available moving
off of first shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $26.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification
and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible,
