Job Description:

Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in
managing and overseeing the daily operations of the claims
department. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding
of claims handling processes and a track record of leading a team
to exceed departmental goals while ensuring compliance with policy
provisions and state regulations. This position provides an

and exceptional service. Oversee the claims processing team to
ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling. Train and mentor claims
adjusters and support staff. Audit and review claims to ensure
compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Manage
departmental resources to optimize productivity and satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline claims processes.
Resolve high-complexity claims issues. Prepare and analyze reports
to monitor and improve team performance. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in claims management software Good understanding
of the auto insurance industry Ability to resolve disputes and
negotiate effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
