follows a standard Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm. In
addition, the role requires coverage of one weekend morning shift
and up to 10 evening/night shifts per month. Including holiday
morning shifts when applicable. Responsibilities: The Risk
Coordinator supports daily operations, supervises staff, and
ensures excellent customer service while assisting the Department
Manager in achieving loss mitigation goals. The Coordinator
position will work to minimize risk to Deluxe Merchant Services by
reviewing daily audits, monitoring the release of funds, and
handling escalated issues. Monitor and Evaluate associates’
workload/skill sets while training, developing and challenging
associates with new responsibilities and goals. Direct employees in
areas where improvement is needed. Address and resolve escalated
situations and department issues. Delegate / Supervise additional
tasks, projects, or responsibilities as needed. Review
re-evaluation requests and make recommendations for changes in
merchant processing parameters. This process entails reviewing
merchant processing history, acquired financial data, credit bureau
reports, and other applicable information relevant to risk
assessment. Input information into online systems such as the
Merchant System, Suspense System, and LP Online regarding account
status and logging notes on each investigation. Review / request
additional information to decision daily audits in determining if a
merchant’s processing activity is an acceptable risk to Deluxe.
Answer questions from internal/external customers regarding audit
status, policies, and procedures. Facilitate and communicate Loss
Prevention decision making processes; department policies and
procedures; and make inquiries to internal and external customers.
Communicate the exceptions of approved parameters in the audit
process as to how or why an account was audited. This is done by
telephone, e-mail, and orally to both internal and external
customers. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s in business or related
field and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED and 4 years Must
be 18 years of age or older PC literate with proficiency in general
Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong
mathematic and analytical skills with the ability to define
problems; collect and research data; establish facts and draw
legitimate conclusions. Competently prioritizes tasks and organizes
work efficiently. High integrity and ability to handle confidential
information P referred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2
years industry experience. Risk analysis / risk management
experience preferred. Ability to efficiently manage time, manage
multiple projects and tasks while meeting crucial deadlines.
Previous supervisory experience a plus. Ability to work with
mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference. Effective written/oral communications skills with
respect to developing/delivering reports, communicating proper
procedures, and daily correspondence with merchants, business
partners, peers and upper-level management. Other Requirements:
Loss Prevention Coordinator must be capable of working weekend
morning shifts and holiday morning shifts when applicable. In
addition, the Loss Prevention Coordinator must be capable of
working evening next-day funding shifts when applicable. Benefits
