an experienced facility maintenance assistant due to the high
demand with properties. Requirements: Must have experience working
in the building trades industry. Basic construction, plumbing,
mechanical and landscaping experience a plus. Professional personal
appearance required. Ability to work well with employees and
present a friendly, helpful attitude at all times. Must have good
communication skills along with cleaning and repair skills. Must
