Then this is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the kids in our community through imaginative learning and physical activity. We are looking to hire a high-energy and toddler-loving instructor for the 1 to 3 age range. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, coach, youth leader, camp leader, etc.), and genuinely loves children. Instructors guide caregivers and children through fun, age-appropriate soccer, lead sing-alongs, and movement activities that support early physical, cognitive, and social development. Using imagery-based lessons, original music, and playful themes (including puppet friends Mimi & Pepe), instructors help toddlers build balance, coordination, motor skills, and early pre-soccer abilities such as running and kicking. Coaches create a warm, supportive environment that encourages caregiver participation, positive reinforcement, and meaningful parent-child interaction while fostering early social skills like sharing and communication. Our instructors are full of energy, extroverted, very friendly and joyful use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success so they can build confidence are creative and have lots of patience to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment, so children can be at their best are open-minded and know that instructing at these ages is a journey are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular training and following instructor manuals developed by experts in their field embody an active and healthy lifestyle are an ambassador for our company and its values know how to have fun and keep kids engaged Requirements: Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Educational Requirements: Has a high school diploma, preferably with some college Transportation: You must hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you may need to work at multiple locations in a day Schedule: The ideal candidate is consistently available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons, with the ability to work about 15 hours a week Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Dallas County .
