Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a positive, team-oriented Project Manager with 3 years' experience in an AEC engineering design project management role in addition to 4 years of general MEP design engineering experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following skillsets: 4 years' experience in the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) industry in a design capacity. 3 years' additional experience in the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) industry in a project management capacity. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering. Possess and maintain an active Professional Engineering license. Ability to take personal responsibility for financial and technical quality of work under management. Revit experience to assist design project team when necessary. Acute attention to detail. Exceptional organization skills and ability to navigate competing obligations. The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, casual environment. Strong communication and relationship building. Excellent customer service skills. Requirements: The position will require regular communication with clients, firm principals, internal staff members, contractors and other outside disciplines to effectively manage project quality, schedule and budget.
