Assistance Or Direction To Any Customer Who Enters The Dealership
Showroom or Sales Lot Maintain and/or Exceed Flag Hours/Goals As
Required By Dealer Test-Drive Vehicles, Test Components and
Systems, and Utilize Diagnostic Tools and Special Service Equipment
To Diagnose and Repair Customer Vehicles Perform Work Specified On
The Repair Order With Efficiency and In Accordance With Dealership
Policies and Procedures Communicate Directly With The Service
Writer To Report Any Safety Needs or Additional Service Needed.
Providing As Accurate As Possible Estimates Of Time Needed and Cost
for All Repairs Ensure Work Efficiency To Complete Customer Repairs
In A Timely Manner Maintain Accurate Records Of All Maintenance and
Repair Work Execute Repairs Under Warranty To Manufacturer
Specifications and Within Their Required Guidelines Maintain The
Work Area In A Clean And Orderly Condition and Follow Prescribed
Safety Regulations Maintain Required Levels Of Acura Certification
Other Duties As Requested Or Assigned REQUIREMENTS: Prior
Automotive Experience Preferred Degree or Specific Training In
Automotive Science Preferred But Not Required Minimum High School
Diploma or GED Equivalent Required Valid Driver’s License
Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software and Ability To Learn
Other Computer-Based Tools for Client-Facing and A Majority Of
Roles Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Professional Appearance and Work Ethic Self-Motivated Strong
Teamwork Skills Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Environment Solid
