Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to
maintain production equipment, including CNC machine
punches/breaks, ovens, wash tanks, powder paint booths, conveyors,
and roller tables. The ideal candidate will have a solid industrial
maintenance background, with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics,
machine mechanics, and electrical systems. Job Title: Maintenance
Technician Location: Grand Prairie, TX Pay Range: $30/hr and up,
DOE Shift: 11:00PM -7:30AM Sunday -Thursday (Requires training on
1st shift) What’s the Job? Troubleshoot and maintain production
equipment, including CNC machine punches/breaks, ovens, wash tanks,
powder paint booths, conveyors, and roller tables. Perform
mechanical, plumbing, welding, and electrical repairs to ensure
equipment functionality. Analyze hydraulic, pneumatic, and
electrical control systems to identify issues and take corrective
action. Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, control
logic diagrams, and schematics. Install, replace, and calibrate
parts and equipment according to specifications. Conduct preventive
maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machine
components. Collaborate in the assembly, dismantling, and rigging
of machinery. Maintain up-to-date maintenance logs and records in
CMMS. Interact with vendors for technical support and parts
procurement. Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering
to safety protocols. What’s Needed? Associate’s degree or 4 years
of industrial maintenance experience. Experience with 480V/3-phase
electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting. Proficient in
mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Must be able to
