experience required Description: Pediatric RN position available
for day shifts, working 3x12 hours. Minimum experience of 1.5 years
is required. Travel experience is a must for this role. Candidates
should have experience with Epic charting. Previous charge nurse
experience is required. Patient ratios are 1:4. Nursing care will
be provided for adolescents, infants, and pediatric patients. There
are 8 beds on the unit. Skills needed include administration of
blood products, assistance with lumbar punctures, and management of
indwelling urinary catheters. Experience with pediatric medication
dosage calculations and rapid response teams is essential.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory
services, social services, and pharmacy. All applicants must adhere
to compliance requirements regarding residency. Modules are
