Position Overview: Optigy is seeking board-certified or
board-eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-volume,
fully staffed Emergency Department in Waco, TX. Located on a
comprehensive medical campus and serving as a certified stroke and
chest pain center, this ED offers excellent specialty backup,
supportive leadership, and a strong APP team. This is a W-2
employed position offering long-term stability and lifestyle
balance in a growing Texas community. Emergency Department: ED
Volume: 54,000 annual visits ED Beds: 51 Patients per Hour: 2
Admission Rate: 18% Coverage Model: 10-hour shifts with 5060 hours
of physician coverage and 3040 hours of NP/PA coverage per day
Designations: Certified Stroke and Chest Pain Center EMR: Epic
Qualifications: o BC/BP in Emergency Medicine Compensation: Base
Compensation: $255/hr Sign-On Bonus: $60,000 CME/BEA: Annual
