Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare services, is
seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for high
acuity night shifts. This position involves providing critical,
personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring they
receive optimal support during the night. Our ideal candidate is
compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to improving the health and
quality of life of our patients. Administer medications,
treatments, and specialized medical care as prescribed by the
physician. Monitor patient health condition, record signs, and
symptoms, and communicate effectively with physicians and RNs to
manage care. Educate patients and families on health conditions and
home care procedures. Provide emotional support and compassionate
care to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with all
health and safety regulations during in-home visits. Strong
clinical skills in a high-acuity care setting. Excellent
documentation and patient management abilities. Proficient in using
medical software and clinical tools. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
license in the state of practice. Valid CPR certification. A
driver’s license and reliable transportation.
