Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Respiratory
Therapist specializing in Pediatrics and NICU to join our committed
team. This position requires expertise in delivering comprehensive
respiratory therapy services to support the health and recovery of

supported. Assess, diagnose, and treat infants and children having
respiratory disorders. Apply and manage ventilators used by
patients who cannot breathe normally on their own. Monitor and
adjust respiratory therapy equipment to ensure optimal therapy is
provided. Educate patients and their families on respiratory health
and home care support. Document patient care services and
treatments accurately in medical records. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to plan and modify respiratory treatments.
Expertise in ventilator management Proficient in pulmonary
rehabilitation Strong ability to assess and monitor patient
conditions Capability to educate patients and families on treatment
plans Excellent collaboration and communication skills Medical

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for
Respiratory Care (NBRC) Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist in the
state of employment BLS/CPR certification PALS (Pediatric Advanced
Life Support) preferred
