qualifications will not be considered. Providing specialized
nursing care for patients requiring complex medical management,
this contract position focuses on Stepdown nursing within a
Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. The role demands proficiency
in caring for ventilated patients and expertise in complex wound
care, maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3. Location:

Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to healthcare
regulations. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current RN
license. Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an LTAC setting
with ventilated patients. Strong skills in complex wound care and
managing cardiac-related infusions. Ability to maintain effective
nurse-to-patient ratios, typically 1:2-3. Comfortable working with
critically ill patients requiring advanced nursing interventions.
