Job Description:

looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist CRTT (Certified
Respiratory Therapy Technician) PRN (Pro re nata or 'as needed') to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide top-notch
respiratory care tailored to fit the needs of individual patients
in a fast-paced hospital setting. This position requires a strong
sense of compassion, clinical expertise, and a commitment to
providing the highest level of patient-centric care as part of our
dedicated healthcare team. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients
with respiratory difficulties. Administer and manage respiratory
therapeutic treatments. Monitor and record patient progress and
treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to design and implement comprehensive care plans.
Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and home-care
techniques. Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all
times. Participate in continuing education and professional
development opportunities. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Expertise in the latest respiratory care techniques and
equipment. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress
environment. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
