availability Job Responsibilities: Provide assistance with ADLs and
IADLs for Clients in the home setting (Hygiene, Incontinence Care,
Mobility/Transfer Support, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation)
Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional
relationship with Clients, Family Members, and Co-workers Perform
duties as assigned on personal care service plan, documentation
upon completion Help keep the Client's environment clean and
organized Remind Client to take self-administered medications
Report changes in the Client's condition to provide quality of care
Required Skills: 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA),
provide professional references Alzheimer's/Dementia experience
Valid Driver's License Proof of current Car Insurance Ability to
pass a background check Proof of eligibility to work in the United
