Required Skills: Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Strong clinical knowledge in women's health, prenatal, and postpartum care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Adept at managing high-pressure situations and making critical decisions Nice to Have Skills: Experience with telemedicine or outpatient women s health services Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting with coverage duties Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in women s health practice Prior experience with hospital call rotations is advantageous Other Requirements: Must hold active medical licensure valid in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Willingness to provide coverage once per month, including 3 days of 24-hour call shifts (Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am); future increased coverage may be needed Travel and licensure reimbursement where applicable Bring your expertise to a role that values your commitment and offers rewarding professional growth.
