join our team and help lead kitchen operations. Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations Lead
and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance and morale
Maintain top-tier standards for food preparation, taste, and
presentation Control inventory and manage food ordering and storage
Uphold sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all
times Collaborate in menu planning, recipe development, and plating
design Monitor food costs and minimize waste through effective
portion control Step into leadership role in absence of the Head
Chef Requirements 3 years of kitchen experience, including at least
1 year in a leadership or sous chef role Culinary degree or
relevant certification preferred In-depth knowledge of kitchen
operations and food safety standards Strong leadership and
communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in
a high-volume kitchen Passion for food, innovation, and teamwork
