Site Program Manager will lead daily operations at the Richardson
site. They will also set long?term goals and ensure alignment with
Micron’s High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) program objectives. This role
integrates tactical site support, operational excellence, and
program management of cross?functional initiatives. The position is
responsible for leading internal business projects involving
multi?disciplinary teams; planning and advising schedules and
budgets; coordinating program tasks from inception through
delivery; and, when needed, managing external vendor support. The
HBM Site Program Manager enables site readiness, drives global HBM
dependencies, develops executive?level communications, manages
headcount and financial models, and ensures operational compliance
and continuity. Responsibilities - Lead internal business projects
and programs involving cross?functional teams, managing schedules,
budgets, task execution, and vendor oversight from project
initiation through delivery. - Develop and implement Richardson
site strategies aligned with TPG and HBM goals, including site
branding, remodels, operational upgrades, and engagement planning.
- Manage daily site support activities such as maintenance
coordination, executive visits, team events, communications, and
business continuity documentation. - Support HBM leadership with
high?impact presentations, visual communication materials, and
roadmap alignment for business reviews and decision?making. - Drive
operational cadence for HBM dependencies, including resource
planning, capital adjustments, quarterly business planning,
achievement tracking, and financial performance updates. - Build
dashboards and reporting tools that monitor headcount ramps,
program health, operational efficiency, and resource utilization
using important metrics. - Oversee program budgets, capacity
planning, OpEx/CapEx cycles, headcount modeling, and discretionary
spending to maintain financial and operational accuracy. - Drive
continuous improvement initiatives, workflow automation, compliance
with Micron standards, and process efficiencies across site and
program operations. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Operations Management, or a related field. - 5 years of
experience in business operations or program management, including
managing cross?functional initiatives and schedules/budgets. -
Strong collaboration skills across diverse functions and
geographical locations. - Ability to operate effectively in
fast?paced, ambiguous, start?up–like environments. - Proficiency in
data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and
Workday reporting. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s or
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or
related field. - 5 years of experience in business operations, data
analytics, business intelligence, or long-term project development,
with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power
BI/Tableau), and AI-based analysis. - Experience with cloud data
platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse), dashboard
development, and translating business needs into analytical
