Job Description:
Job Description Stone Bridge is seeking a dependable and
detail-oriented Venue Attendant. In this role, you will be
responsible for the custodial maintenance of our facilities,
enforcement of facility-related policies and procedures, and the
setup and teardown of event spaces. Venue Attendants play an
essential role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments
for all guests and staff. Schedule: This is a variable-schedule
position. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
throughout the year. Applicants must have flexibility to
accommodate changing schedule needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Custodial
& Facility Maintenance • Sweep, mop, wax, and buff floors
throughout all facility areas • Gather and dispose of all trash and
waste materials • Clean and sanitize restrooms on a regular basis •
Wash walls, mirrors, and windows to maintain a clean appearance •
Clean lighting fixtures, window tops, and door frames • Change
light bulbs and ceiling tiles using a scissor lift • Operate and
maintain mechanical cleaners, polishers, and other cleaning
equipment Event Setup & Teardown • Complete setup and teardown of
event spaces including tables, chairs, and miscellaneous equipment
• Assist with audio/visual equipment setup as assigned • Ensure all
equipment is properly stored and accounted for after events General
Duties • Perform grounds maintenance tasks as required • Complete
delivery of department items as directed • Enforce all
facility-related policies and procedures • Report maintenance needs
and safety hazards promptly REQUIREMENTS • Valid driver’s license
required • Ability to operate a scissor lift (training may be
provided) • Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness •
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours,
including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work
independently and as part of a team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS •
Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or facilities
maintenance • Experience with event setup and teardown •
Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies • Basic
knowledge of audio/visual equipment This position requires
prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Work is
performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to
cleaning chemicals. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is
required when appropriate. T2023
