A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal analysis and guidance in strategic discussions
Negotiate complex agreements with data suppliers and customers,
focusing on data use, privacy, security, and intellectual
property
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and advise internal teams on
legal matters
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in technology contracting, with a
preference for experience in privacy, data security, or
intellectual property
J.D. or equivalent from an ABA accredited law school
An active license to practice law in the United States
Commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards
