We are a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of pre-litigation PI experience. In this role, you will manage cases through treatment until they are ready for demand. Our ideal Legal Assistant will have a strong desire to help others, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve the best results for clients. Compensation: $60,000 yearly DOE plus quarterly performance bonuses Responsibilities: Organize and manage client files from intake to settlement Assist with tracking medical providers, ordering records, and bills Review medical records and bills, and verify that all records have been obtained Update adjusters and clients regarding case status Handle some new client intake calls Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills 3 years or more of Personal Injury experience Ability to learn, grow, and be part of a team committed to doing a great job Knowledge of Neos case management software is not required, but is a plus About Company Carrollton Injury Law is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm.
