Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 200 firm seeking a Product Liability & Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4–7 years of trial litigation experience who is comfortable managing complex matters and performing at a high level within an integrated and fast-paced litigation team. The Role • Handle motion practice, discovery, and complex brief writing • Prepare company witnesses for depositions • Take and defend depositions • Appear in court and manage client interaction • Assist with trial preparation and trial • Manage all aspects of case development, including fact investigation and discovery Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • 4–7 years of trial litigation experience • Significant experience in product liability or complex litigation matters • Strong writing skills and oral advocacy abilities • Deposition and hearing experience • Ability to manage cases independently and meet tight deadlines • High attention to detail • Admitted to practice in Texas Why This Opportunity • AmLaw 200 litigation platform • Realistic path to partnership • Direct partner and client access • Competitive billing expectations • Billable credit for pro bono work and approved firm activities • Structured professional development and mentoring • Dynamic and inclusive culture Compensation: $310k-$420k commensurate with experience Confidential Inquiries Additional details available in a confidential discussion.
