Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Midlevel Associate to join its Payments & Fintech practice in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for an associate with experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts within the technology sector. Prior fintech or payment systems experience is preferred, though candidates with strong backgrounds in outsourcing, technology licensing, or similar transactional matters are strongly encouraged to apply.
