The Supervisor, Internal Operations oversees day-to-day
distribution center activities to ensure safe, efficient, and
accurate movement of goods throughout the facility. This role
provides hands-on leadership in labeling machinery operations,
inventory order fulfillment, and material handling equipment (MHE)
utilization. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who excels at
workforce planning, performance improvement, process optimization,
and team development within a dynamic, high-volume environment.
What You will Do : Team Leadership Training and Development:
Training and mentoring team members on bulk pick processes,
customer service protocols, and relevant software Time & Attendance
Management: Ensure accurate and timely records are kept for
assigned direct reports. Counsel as necessary Performance
Management: Facilitate ongoing coaching and year-end performance
review and compensation processes Operations Management Order
Fulfillment: Supervising the process of picking, packing, and
shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Inventory
Management: Monitoring stock levels, identifying potential
shortages, and collaborating with procurement to ensure adequate
inventory Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries,
resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, providing
feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns Scheduling and Task
Assignment: Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members,
ensuring efficient workflow and coverage Identifying and
Implementing Improvements: Identifying areas for process
improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and
customer satisfaction Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, customer
feedback, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and
opportunities for improvement Warehouse Processes For all processes
below under scope of responsibility, this role is responsible to
the recommendation of process improvements to the area (manager(s),
and lead execution of approved delegations Use Radio Frequency Scan
gun (RF Gun) to scan all product moves at the warehouse Receiving:
Unloading trucks, receiving, and inbound audits Put away: Move
pallets of product to storage locations Replenishment/Transport:
Transport pallets of product to new locations within warehouse
Inventory: Counting and confirming inventory, conducting inventory
audits, and reporting discrepancies Order fulfillment: case
picking, pallet picking, packing, and preparing orders for
shipment, including e-commerce Shipping: Load outbound products on
to delivery vehicles. Ensure proper placement and securing items
inside delivery vehicles. Create and attach necessary shipping
documents to packages, including labels, invoices, and packing
slips Outbound Audit: Inspect products for damage or defects before
packaging and shipping Equipment operation: Safely operating turret
truck, reach truck, Standup forklifts, walkie riders, electric
pallet jacks, shrink machines, and other warehouse machinery View
or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS),
enterprise resource system (ERP), or another database Warehouse
maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and performing
general cleanup and organization. Sweeping floors, emptying trash
cans, wiping down forklifts and warehouse equipment Health and
safety: Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring a clean
and safe working environment Perform rework function as required
Requirements: Required Qualifications: Skills: Proficiency in
Microsoft Office suite (MS Word/Excel) Physical ability to lift and
move heavy items up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Ensure accurate and timely submission of timecards for all assigned
direct reports Ability to uphold JPMS policies & procedures
Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision are critical to avoid
errors and discrepancies Organizational skills: The ability to
organize and arrange products efficiently Communication: The
ability to communicate effectively is critical in a warehouse
setting Teamwork: As a warehouse specialist, you rarely work alone
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities effectively Ability to operate Turret Trucks, Standup
Fork Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), and Walkie Riders
Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: 3 years
warehouse, manufacturing or production experience required
Preferred Qualifications: Skills: Proficiency in using Warehouse
Management Systems (specifically D365) Education: Associate's
Degree preferred Experience: 1 years' experience supervising hourly

ability to lift and carry objects of varying weights, often up to
50 pounds or more, is a core requirement. Standing and Walking:
Warehouse work often involves being on your feet for the majority
of the shift, requiring endurance and stamina. Mobility:
Maneuvering in tight spaces and on different surfaces is necessary,
including bending, stooping, and reaching. Repetitive Tasks:
Repetitive motions like packing boxes or scanning items can be
physically demanding. Balance and Coordination: Maintaining balance
on uneven surfaces or when working at heights is important.
Strength and Endurance : Warehouse work requires overall physical
strength and the ability to sustain energy throughout the workday.
Manual Dexterity: The ability to handle and manipulate small items,
operate equipment, and perform precise movements is also required.
In addition to physical demands, warehouse work may also involve:
Working in Various Conditions : Warehouses can have fluctuating
temperatures and maybe dusty or noisy environments. Adhering to
Safety Guidelines : Following safety protocols, using personal
protective equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment
are essential. Working as Part of a Team: Warehouse work often
involves collaboration and teamwork. Flexibility: The ability to
adapt to changing tasks, learn new skills, and work in a fast-paced
environment is valuable. Competitive Compensation: The expected
base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. The
exact base salary is determined by various factors including
geographic location, experience, skills, and education.
Discretionary Bonus Plan: This position is also eligible for
participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on
