Customer Support Representative
Hi-Line, Inc., a niche leader and essential U.S. distributor of
industrial aftermarket products and services, is seeking an
energetic, experienced, and empathetic Customer Support
Representative to help assist our ever-growing customer base. In
addition, this position will help support our Salesmen, Division
Sales Managers, and Customers.

Qualify call-in and E-Commerce customers for a visit from a
Hi-Line TMs. Respond to inquiries about products and services.
Resolve Customer and Territory Manager questions and concerns.
Communicate with Territory Managers and Sales Managers as needed
about interactions with customers and potential customers. Assist
other departments with various tasks as needed. Participate in
ongoing professional development activities to continually improve
job-related skills. Be on time and ready to work at the assigned
start time. Research E-Commerce orders and provide detailed
information to Accounting Department. Provide certificates of
Conformance (COC) for orders as requested by customers.
Bachelor degree preferred Strong communication skills Excellent
reasoning and organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to
clearly articulate ideas and information in written and verbal
communications Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and
text messaging Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Hardware and
Supplies Professional Able to maintain a professional demeanor
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
