Our partner makes top-of-the-line gutter systems that homeowners love, and now we need friendly, outgoing folks like you to help us get the word out! Whether you’re greeting people at local events or going places in the neighborhood, you’ll be the first step in showing customers what Leafguard can do. Your Duties as a Customer Engagement Associate Proactively reach out to homeowners, initiating conversations to introduce them to Leafguard’s gutter solutions. Schedule in-home consultations for our sales team with homeowners who express interest in learning more or receiving a quote. Conduct initial screening of potential customers to determine their genuine interest, needs, and readiness to purchase. Accurately record and manage all appointment details, homeowner contact information, and lead statuses within our digital CRM or tracking system. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights from homeowner interactions, discuss lead quality, and contribute to the refinement of sales strategies and marketing campaigns for optimal effectiveness. Participate in various public events as a brand ambassador for Leafguard, engaging with attendees, answering questions, and generating leads in a dynamic environment. Consistently achieve predefined weekly targets for setting appointments, demonstrating a strong ability to drive lead generation and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
