Job Description:
GoEngineer is seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager to
join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. In this role,
you will be integral in fostering long-term relationships with our
clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and
satisfaction. You will focus on leveraging our cutting-edge 3D
design and 3D printing solutions to help customers across the
engineering and architectural sectors unlock innovation and
accelerate their product development processes. Manage and nurture
client relationships across the engineering and architecture
sectors. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
based on our suite of 3D design tools and technology. Meet and
exceed sales targets, expanding business opportunities within
existing accounts. Conduct presentations and demos of GoEngineer
solutions to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
Collaborate with technical support and engineering teams to ensure
customer success and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends
and advancements in 3D technology to provide informed
recommendations. Strong understanding of 3D design technologies and
their application in engineering and architecture. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship
management. Ability to identify client needs and match them with
appropriate product solutions. Proficient in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
