As the first face of our salon, you will set the tone by creating unforgettable luxury level guest experiences. COMPENSATION: Range $18-$20 hourly depending on experience level RESPONSIBILITIES: Increase membership sales and retail sales Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience Book appointments in person or by phone Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance Maintain a clean and inviting environment REQUIRED SKILLS: Proven experience in retail sales and guest relations/customer service Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work weekends and during the day on Monday Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
