We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team at out Summit on the Lake Apartments in Fort Worth, TX. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Location: Summit on the Lake Apartments 6555 Shady Oaks Manor Drive Fort Worth, TX 76135 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities: - Manages and oversees all on-site personnel - Oversee and foster a great working environment for team - Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents - Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy - Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants - Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing - Experience managing a team of 2 employees - Yardi experience preferred - Student housing experience preferred - Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills Benefits and Compensation: - Competitive pay ($60,000-$70,000 annually) - NOI and Delinquency Bonuses - Quarterly corporate bonus structure for high-performing properties - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts Equal Opportunity Employer
