Enterprise Account Executive Sales Full-Time Location; Texas Midwest Composites Technologies ("MCT") is one of the fastest growing Additive manufacturing company in North America that provides prototype and low volume production manufacturing. MCT is at the forefront of the Industrial 4.0 advanced manufacturing revolution with a 120,000 square foot facility that houses industry leading capabilities so we can take on our customers toughest challenges! What makes MCT unique is our deep expertise and capabilities which include plastic additive, metal additive, CNC machining, Injection molding, laminates, thermo forming, full finishing, and industrial design capabilities. Each of these capabilities allows MCT to collaboratively work with our customers to provide the best solution for our customer's rapid prototyping and production needs all while providing industry leading turnaround times and service. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Midwest Composite Technologies (MCT), your primary responsibility will be outbound sales activities to acquire new business. This responsibility will require successful engagement with OEM engineers, department leaders, project managers, and buyers to support their product development, prototype, and production manufacturing needs. You'll work remotely from a home office and travel extensively within the assigned geographical region. Summary: The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business by leveraging MCT's industry leading technologies via direct sales. Strategic direction and consultative approach combined with the highest levels of business acumen will be the recipe for long-term growth and success. This position is a senior member of the sales team and is expected to sell direct to end users. The individual will proactively manage a geographic territory for maximum sales by responding to opportunities, face-to-face client visits, prospecting, regular contact with the accounts in the territory, and obtaining referrals from satisfied customers. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing background with a minimum of five years of outside sales experience. Knowledge of additive manufacturing and new product development processes are a plus. Responsibilities: -- Meet annual sales quota by selling the full suite of MCT's services. -- Assess needs and identify companies and organizations where MCT offers most strategic value. -- Assist clients in identifying applications that are a good fit for MCT services. -- Help prospective and existing customers understand the unique possibilities that MCT's services enables. -- Manage customer relationships to support their success and further adoption of MCT's services. Requirements: -- BS in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science or similar. -- Knowledge of additive manufacturing, materials, and the new product development process. -- Successful track record and comfortable with complex, consultative engagements advocating for adoption and driving utilization of a new technology. -- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills including technical. -- Professional, patient, and exceptional listener when interacting with customers and partners. -- Entrepreneurial spirit and passionate about new manufacturing technologies and the positive impact they can have with a client. -- Ability to be flexible with a very dynamic, growing company. -- Team player with a positive attitude; self-motivated with a strong work ethic. -- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
